Areas of Expertise005

Four disciplines, one engineering approach.

Each practice below is planned the same way: understand the constraint before selecting the technology, then design so the system survives handover.

Electronic Security & Perimeter Protection

Perimeter and electronic security work begins long before a camera is chosen. The job is to read the site — approach routes, terrain, response time, who is actually watching — and then decide what detection technology earns its place. Across more than 500 km of perimeter, that has meant layering power fencing, fibre-optic sensing, thermal detection and video analytics so that each layer covers the failure mode of the one before it, and so operators receive fewer, better alarms rather than constant nuisance events.

Auditorium & AV Solutions

Auditorium AV is an acoustics problem first and an equipment problem second. Room volume, reverberation time, sightlines and rigging constraints decide what loudspeaker coverage and projection geometry can realistically achieve, so those are settled with the architect while drawings are still fluid. From there the design covers signal flow, redundancy, control surfaces and the operating reality of the venue — who runs the show on a Tuesday evening, and what happens when a channel fails mid-performance.

Home Automation

Good automation is invisible. The measure is whether a household can live with the system for ten years without calling anyone — which makes protocol choice, network design, structured cabling and gateway redundancy more important than the app on the wall. Scenes are designed around real routines rather than demonstrations, and every subsystem — lighting, climate, shading, access, audio — is specified so it degrades gracefully to manual control when the cloud, the internet or a controller is unavailable.

Luxury Private Cinemas

A private cinema is built out of the room, not the equipment list. Seating distance, screen size, isolation from the rest of the house, HVAC noise and treatment of first reflections set the ceiling on performance; the electronics only decide how close you get to it. Work covers reference-grade calibration targets, immersive channel layouts, riser and sightline geometry, and coordination with interior designers so acoustic performance survives the finishes chosen for the room.

Landmark Projects006

Work that set the benchmarks.

Representative engagements where scale, environment or acoustics left no margin for a generic specification.

INS Rajali Naval Air Station

15 km integrated perimeter security for an operational naval air station.

A layered detection scheme combining energised perimeter fencing, fibre-optic intrusion sensing and surveillance coverage across 15 km of boundary, engineered for a high-vegetation coastal environment. Zone design and alarm correlation were tuned to suppress environmental false positives so the response team could treat every alert as actionable.

International Centre for Performing Arts & Culture, Shillong

2,700-seat auditorium — AV, acoustics coordination and stage systems.

Sound reinforcement, projection and control systems designed alongside the architectural and acoustic package for a 2,700-seat hall. Coverage modelling, rigging positions and signal redundancy were resolved during design rather than on site, giving the venue consistent intelligibility across the seating bowl and a control workflow local operators can run unassisted.

Luxury residences & farmhouses, Delhi NCR

Private cinema, automation and estate security for HNI residences.

Multi-year engagements covering estate perimeter detection, surveillance, whole-home automation and reference-grade private cinemas. Working vendor-neutral and from the architectural stage onward removed the retrofit costs that normally appear when technology is introduced after interiors are frozen.

Most technology mistakes happen before purchase — during planning, coordination, and design. A short review at the right stage can prevent expensive rework later.
